Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1Click platform operated by TechieFreight ("we", "us", "our"), including the web dashboard at 1click.techiefreight.com and the TechieFreight - OneClick browser extension (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Company administrators may invite team members by providing their email address. An account will be created on their behalf with a temporary password that should be changed upon first login.

2. Subscription and Billing

Plans

The Service requires a paid subscription. The base plan is $20 per month and includes one seat. Additional team members cost $1 per month each, plus a one-time $1 charge at the time of invitation.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Seat Removal

When a team member is removed, the seat is removed from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, unsolicited emails, or harassment
  • Send emails that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws
  • Share your API key with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to bypass subscription requirements or usage limits
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the browser extension
  • Use the Service to collect or harvest data for purposes unrelated to your freight business
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Email Sending

The Service sends emails through your connected Gmail or Outlook account. You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send. We do not review, filter, or modify email content before sending.

You must comply with all applicable email laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are reported for spam or abuse.

5. Browser Extension

The TechieFreight - OneClick extension is designed to work with DAT load board websites. The extension:

  • Requires an active subscription and valid API key to function
  • Reads data from DAT pages to provide email and analysis features
  • Is provided "as is" and may be affected by changes DAT makes to their platform
  • Should be used in accordance with DAT's own terms of service

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by TechieFreight. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes while your subscription is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Email delivery failures or delays
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Actions taken by third-party services (DAT, Gmail, Outlook, Stripe)
  • Lost revenue or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where TechieFreight is incorporated.
